None whatsoever. Their selling point of working in capital markets is not worth it because all the projects are maintaining a 20 year old codebase that no other consulting was interested in taking up.
Cons
Where do I start. Pay may vary about 50% between you and your peer in the same role doing the same work. No process or streamlining on anything within the company. Nobody has an idea what's going on and where is the direction with in the company. You could be on a project for 2 years earning them billing, and just after 1 day of bench they will make you redundant. Employee morale is at the lowest because you'll never know when you're gonna get the axe.
