Pros
My experience working at FDC Headquarters was one of team-work and community. The small team works to support those in the offices who are client-facing. There is major exposure to the workings of the organization. At FDC Group I felt supported and understood by colleagues and my opinion was listened to and considered. Everyone is considered equal which is something very special about the office.
Cons
Understanding the business can take time and sometimes be confusing - as it is essentially a nationwide group with a number of companies within. Therefore, this explanation was not provided at onboarding.
