They really show appreciation for each and every employee. The management team is great and the company seems to be growing quickly. Christmas party is great, great benefits, great people. I have learned a lot in terms of programming during my time working here. There's snacks and sometimes Pizza on Friday's which is awesome! I'm thankful for the opportunity to work for them.

Working with a not so common programming language.

- Low barrier of entry - Offers health insurance for free - The work itself is annoying, but easy

- Lower end salary - No PTO for the entire first year - Only offers 5 holidays per year - You will work with a niche, outdated and irrelevant programming language, and the codebase is a bit of a mess - Apparently vehemently against the concept of working from home - Poor office morale - High turnover rate due to culture and reasons listed above
