Guaranteed hours, infinite amount of overtime. Typical shifts that range 24hours a day. Management in the call center is extremely helpful and will be flexible in making the position comfortable.
Cons
Corporate side doesn't take much time to understand the jobs of dispatchers, pay is at minimal and is difficult to live in todays society.
