Pros
The company offers an amazing service, in need, and highly profitable. The problem is, management, micromanages to a rediculous level. Case in point, when on break, you must post a sign on your desk, advising any management members who might happen to come by, that you are indeed on break, and when on break, you must log out of your computer. Don't dare forget to log back in when you return or you'll get written up. The managers treat subordinates like children.
But wait, there's more. I swear, I am NOT making this up! When you go to use the restroom, you must sign a log sheet, and the key ring for the restroom has a huge set of jingle bells the size of a bunch of grapes. Everybody has an audience when you sign out the key ring. Mind you, this is a class B commercial building with law firms and other professional businesses. I wonder what will come next? Will they ask you whether you went #1 or #2?
Cons
In all fairness, these rediculous conditions may be limited to the Tustin branch office, I cannot speak for the office in Washington. The benefits are great, some people work there only for the benefits.
