I struggle to identify any genuine pros that outweigh the negative environment.

My experience with this company has been deeply negative, and I believe it’s important to provide an accurate account for anyone considering employment here. This has been one of the most toxic workplace environments I have ever encountered. I was routinely overworked, underpaid, undervalued, and deliberately undermined. Raising legitimate concerns about workload, processes, or inappropriate behaviour did not lead to support or resolution. Instead, concerns were ignored, or escalated in situations where I was bullied or criticised in front of others after speaking up. I also witnessed and experienced demeaning language, and humiliating treatment, which created an atmosphere where many people appeared reluctant to raise concerns. The culture rewards silence, compliance, and looking the other way, even when there are concerns that processes may not align with best practice or regulatory expectations. Prospective employees should also be aware of how the company manages its public image. Staff are actively encouraged to post positive reviews, and those who produce the most favourable or the highest number of reviews are rewarded. This practice artificially inflates ratings and creates a misleading impression of the organisation. The positive reviews online do not reflect the reality many employees face. I am sharing this because transparency matters. People deserve to know the truth before stepping into an environment that does not match the image the company publicly promotes.
