Pros

Management are open to feedback. They’re willing to take the good, the bad and the ugly and make improvements where they fall short. Not a perfect company by any stretch, but they’ve proven many times that they’re willing to address grievances and do right by their staff. Working at FGF is a continual learning process for everyone involved. If you’re willing to learn you may be able to carve out a space for yourself.

Cons

If the work spills over into the weekend then so be it. You’re working weekends.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

Cons

Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
