Pros
Management do a good job of keeping things on track. There was never any confusion about what needed to be done or what our priorities were. I didn’t appreciate this enough while I was with the company, but I do now that I’m somewhere else. It’s one of those things where you don’t notice how good you’ve got it until it’s not there anymore.
Cons
Management will sometimes communicate with one another in Hindi around colleagues who couldn’t speak the language. It wasn’t a deal-breaker for me, but I did think it was rude.
