Pros
Flexible schedule when it comes to family time and decent benefit package. Free sun glasses is always a nice perk.
Cons
Absentee bosses to the max. No one notices the good but make one mistake. Terrible departmental moral. A lot of other extras like half days and a few holidays have been dropped since to new CEO took over. This is definitely a company that will give you a 2% raise while the upper management takes home millions in bonuses.
