Pros
A few words can describe the call center relaxed, happy, friendly, and motivating. The people in the call center have a tight bond together which I have been able to be a part of. Your welcomed to the team by your co-workers the day you start. Also, I have made a lot of money from the company which they gave me the opportunity to do. However, the best part is when you don't have the mangers right on your back; all the managers I had helped me grow my skills and I was able to adjust properly and exceed at my job. One of the best companies I ever worked for.
Cons
Since the company is growing so much parking can sometimes be hard to find.
