As a mid-sized financial services organization, we're proud to offer a rich Total Rewards package, including excellent healthcare benefits and 401(k) match, as well as the ability to find a work/life balance with hybrid work. And while upward mobility may not look the same as larger organizations, we still nurture employee development so every employee is prepared for their next opportunity, even if it's a lateral move. And for that "archaic performance appraisal system" - you're right! And because of that, we waved goodbye to our old way in 2022 and have introduced a new performance enablement process that empowers employees to do their best through consistent coaching and feedback to reach goals.
