Pros
Wider team are friendly, making it easy to fit in - C Suite included. Building staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Cons
An employee from the people team made me cry at the end of my second week. Leadership expects you to be at your desk for the whole working day - what about toilet breaks, meetings, fulfilling the other tasks of the role? Unorganised handover, did not get all that I needed for the role. Company will put you in a difficult position financially where you’ll be required to carry out of of pocket expenses. Micromanagement from people who are not your managers. No trust or guidance from management. Other departments are unorganised which means that management rely on you to perform miracles to reach goals - with no recognition when you do. In the office x5 a week, even on days where total staff in the office amounts to less than 10 people.
