Very competent technical management and CEO. There is no middle management at this company. Engineers work directly with clients. Remote work can be fully accommodated with many engineers at this company working completely remotely. There are physical limitations to this policy as certain hardware cannot leave the labs. IT provides a multitude of remote access options to debug and validate remotely. Company culture promotes a good work-life balance. If you are meeting deadlines and satisfying client requests, then you are free to work however you wish. Very high project variety that allows those with a wide array of interests to always be challenged and excited for new projects.
