Pros

Nothing I have to say positive-do not work here please don’t support CEOs who do not care about their employees and only care about themselves.

Cons

First of all I admire the passion that drives the Co-founders the other CEO is driven by Money $ (who isn’t right? But it’s wrong when you are not treating your employees right)and rising to the top. Coming from a Wall Street mindset I don’t blame her for her lack of insight with how she manages people along with her executive team. She expects one to follow her similar wallstreet culture of burning employees to the ground - the fakeness that exudes within FIGS is a coverup for a cult - work till you die culture but let’s fool people by being Uber positive. 2 words: corporate greed.. The corporations mission is amazing but has a dark side internally within their work culture. The 2nd CEOis driven by the creativity but burns money like its paper and has 0 clue how to run A BUSINESS. If the executives cared more about their employees this company would have been awesome like their AWESOMENESS culture they try to portray.

-The company is growing despite inflation, tariffs, etc, and that speaks volumes -Mission driven business -My manager is invested in my growth -Both my direct team and larger team are full of bright, results-driven colleagues -Above average benefits package- unlimited PTO, 401K matching, anniversary gifts -A feedback rich culture Based on other reviews, it appears your satisfaction at FIGS might depend on what team you're on. Personally, I feel privileged to work here.

Cons

-C Suite turnover is high, but it's an opportunity to remain focused during times of instability and bring in fresh eyes to drive the business

Pros

- Woman-led business - Cool marketing campaigns - Nice office in Santa Monica

Cons

- People are constantly crying in meetings; they are so overwhelmed with work. - If you're new, no one is willing to help you out. Legacy team members ignore their newer colleagues and judge them with blatant disdain. - You'll be blamed for things that are completely out of your control. For example, if you're in finance, you might be blamed for something going wrong in engineering. It's bananas. - You're working 60-70 hours per week, as an expectation. Some people had to schedule all of their doctor's appointments in one single day (and there's no reprieve). - The environment is not supportive for families and caregivers. One woman was fired right after coming back after maternity leave. The implication is clear: You'll succeed if you put the company above anything else. - Nothing really gets done, because leadership is constantly changing their mind. Sometimes this happens mid-project, and then the working team gets the blame when deadlines are missed. - Can't speak for everyone, but my boss is a total creep. I connected with some of their prior colleagues, and they confirmed my worst suspicions. It's disappointing that a company that preaches their values would hire someone so deplorable.
