-I was not a fan of the Dress Code, I understand the need to present a professional image to clients, but my particular job never required me to personally interact with clients and I still had to wear Business dress. (Just a minor annoyance, and it was relaxed during my time there)

We are all seeking opportunities to grow our careers, after my first year at Filo I had grown exponentially. At other larger companies I would have fallen into the pit of despair not moving up & left behind. Need more companies like Filo who care for their staff. Stress is ever present in the logistics industry. Occasionally (as in maybe 2-5 times per year) you do work weekends however you are compensated well for it.
