Great benefits, they put a lot of care into their employees. People are smart, knowledgeable, and are loyal.
Cons
Management needs to keep the good managers and directors instead of firing them. And get rid of the ones who sit there and adds no value! I've watched people get laid off because they were going against the grain. Unfortunately, they let the wrong people go, and they keep the ones who say yes to everything. Yah, FINCAD was great but they have killed themselves by letting star talent go. This kills morale and it's just sad. How can they not see who actually benefits the company? There's managers who have bs-ed their way to stay.. I have to say, I had a great time working with the people at FINCAD and worked with a great team until they decided to fire my manager for no apparent reason. They put some vp on charge who knew nothing and then everything just fell apart but yet they still thought it was a good decision... Recently heard the CFO left after working there for 20 years. She was super and great and was an anchor to the company! It's their loss!
