Pros
Pay was good enough, although no bonus and token amount of share options. Stable company, pays the bills. Good work/life balance. Staff diversity. Sports & social club, English speaking courses, large number of developers. EastPoint office/building is nice and has free car parking on a first come/first served basis. The food court in EastPoint on Wednesdays is a treat.
Cons
Really old monolith wrapped in a container in the cloud. Proprietary frameworks means that tech stack isn't very transferrable for future career. Far too big to refactor/rewrite, little or no innovation. Scaled agile - so endless meetings and processes.
