I really struggle to find a positive, they didn't even pay staff on time be that wages or tips. staff pay for stock and rarely or never recive payment back. poor management and pay. would never recommend. bailiffs knocking on the doors of the restuarant too.

where on earth do I begin? broken equipment, worked with 1 fryer down 2 ovens down and no check machine for over 7 months (was never fixed in my whole employent, mentioned everyday) they don't pay wages and tips on time, do you want to work where you have to ask for something youve earned only for management to not give a single f**k, poor pay (just taken a Chef de partie position) which pays a lot more than the head chefs wage at fino tapas Preston. communication from management to staff is at best very poor. chefs found out on the day that we had 50% off all food and children eat free on the day of offer which was In the middle of summer service. understaffed and underpaid to deal with the amount of covers. expected to work 3 hours free overtime before you earn any overtime. worst place of work and worst management I have ever experienced. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. bailiffs turning up at the restaurant door too, holidays being calculated incorrectly and being rude to staff that just want the money they have earned. coming from an ex memeber of staff do not waste your time, go somewhere where your talent is appreciated. also staff have helped the buisness by buying stock themselves and have to ask/beg for the money back over a course of days after being passed around management, of whom have no sense of urgency when it comes staff. still waiting for a P45 for Fino tapas after they changed company name/owners when bailiffs turned up at the restaurant door.
