Pros
Great team, people are very polite and friendly. - Good material support, whenever BDA needs to meet with potential prospects the company will cover lunch and transportation, they will buy tickets for trade shows and networking events. - Great health and insurance benefits (you have to pay for it) - If you are lucky and you build up your book of business you will get good salary but you need to put several years into it and the competition is very strong And that's about it what is good about this company. More cons than pros
Cons
Hmm, where should I start? If you can you should definitely avoid this organization. - More than 5 people were fired since I started working (I was there for 7 months) - When I was fired I had to go back in the office where everyone is and pick up my stuff right away, very very unpleasant experience, I did not have time to get myself together and it was really embarassing because people started asking questions - The environment is like in a boiler room, they make you do cold calling 80+ people per day and it is very stressful environment because no one likes cold calling in the office and you will ALWAYS do cold calling, even if you get promoted and you are with the company more than 5 years - When I was hired sales target was 3 clients every month and then they increased to 5 (very hard to get) - You are selling to SME and your pitch is the service and better rates that Firma provides but once the client does a couple of trades they raise their rates (complete scam) - It is very hard to learn something useful because all you do is cold calling and it is very hard to get promoted because they ONLY need people who will sell the service I can write more things but I think everyone will get the point by now.
