7yThank you for taking such time to review FJA and how we can improve. Yes, it can be a challenge in a rapidly growing organization with a global parent company to ensure that changes happen at a pace that appeases all people, particularly those who have worked here for less than 90 days. We are optimistic, though, that our current position in the market place, ability to scale, and ever open-mindedness towards new ideas will help drive our product, people and culture.
We are astonished at the choice of words used to reflect working at/with FJA. We wholeheartedly believe in our open door policy to address concerns of this magnitude. If you are a current employee, we have not been made aware of these concerns internally, and our Leadership Team welcomes a conversation with you. If you are a former employee, we regret that we were never made aware of these accusations prior to your departure. Reporting concerns like yours are extremely beneficial to determine validity, and further supports an environment for resolution.
FJA is committed to providing a workplace that supports equality, openness and opportunities for all. We appreciate you relaying your concerns, and want to assure you that we have already begun evaluating them for validity. We do understand that fit is not always the case for everyone and that is fine too.
