Pros
Working with FLS has been a great experience because you actually feel like you are part of something special. You are fundraising for Republican/Conservative Causes which impact our government. The management is pretty friendly, they are more lenient on attendance than other companies and they have compassion for their employees. You do accrue Paid time off and do get three holidays off a year (Thanksgiving, Christmas and 4th of July).
Cons
The company has a high turnover rate. Its the way of the company. If you do not perform, you will be terminated from the company, although their coaches will work with you to do their best at helping to perform. Some of the managers have favoritism which can effect your overall experience during your employment. You cannot receive any benefits until you have worked there a year and even then their Medical Benefits are not the greatest. When it is an election year, your life is null & void, they have a thing called "Blackout Period" where not one employee can miss any time from work, even for a doctors appointment, if you do, you will get a write up for missing the time from work. Their raises/merit increases are not that great. They will only give you a 3% raise maximum annually, which is not that great. And only few employees actually get the full 3%.
