Pros
The excitement of working with a company that provides a great deal of enjoyment to their customers (anglers) and to the public through a multi level series of tournaments from Youth, High School, College, BFL, FLW Series and FLW Tour events across the US, China, Mexico and Canada. It is a company that truly cares about their employees and customers alike.
Cons
Sponsorship shifts year to year make planning and job security for some employees very difficult to count upon. Although turnover is very low, there have been two layoffs of multiple personnel in 5 years due to sponsorship shifts.
