COO insists on full control - Anonymous employee FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Employee Review

COO is a micro-manager that requires all decisions for all of his teams to go through him. I have attended management meetings where he ask's vague or granular questions in front of the CEO as the managers struggle to respond. The COO then rewords his question and answers it himself in order to humiliate his Managers and impress the CEO. Claims to be "goal" oriented but in actuality this is a form of control over his managers. COO likes to threaten managers with termination if they do not deliver and meet his expectations.
