some very talented people are here but many are looking to leave

The president is not qualified for the role. There is no motivation, energy or even the most basic people skills needed to lead an organization. The direction of the company is foggy at best as it wants customers , vendors and employees to do things only one way. Unfortunately that way is usually wrong and is chosen as a form of control due to a lack of confidence in their own ability.
