Cons
Very much a start up.
Toxic two-faced management, always changing their company, poor communication between employees and management, no assigned roles, no training, management has anger issues and no patience. They don’t have HR, and they don’t have an employee handbook— they prefer to make up the rules as they go and scold when they see fit. They don’t believe in work life balance and break those barriers often, expecting work outside of work hours.
