Poor management. - Production Lighting Designer FNTECH Employee Review

I was fired for breaking an unwritten rule I was never told about and they only decided to enforce when it was convenient for them. When you are hired on (because of your skill level and experience) you are treated as if you know nothing. Management has lots of double standards. Pay is below a living wage for the area and if you ask for a raise you are told to "pay less into your 401k". I could go on...
