Pros

Pros: Great work environment: The company has a collaborative and supportive culture, with a focus on innovation and growth. Opportunities for growth: Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on challenging projects. Flexible work options: The company offers a good balance between work and personal life, with flexible working hours and remote options when needed. Strong leadership: The management team is approachable and listens to feedback, fostering an open and transparent culture. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentive.

Cons

Cons: Workload can be intense: There are times when the workload is heavy, which can lead to longer hours, especially during peak seasons. Limited resources: As a startup, there are instances when resources or tools could be better, but it also offers a chance to be resourceful and creative. Process can be unclear: The company is still growing, so processes can sometimes feel disorganized or in development, but it’s part of the startup experience.

Cons

HORRIBLE TRAINING - showed a clip from "The Wolf of Wallstreet" to train me how they want me to sell. No information or training on products, had to research and bother other employees just to understand what I am support to be promoting and selling. Said I could work remotely (this was 2020 and the pandemic was at it's height). I worked from home when I was quarantined with my children because of covid exposure. Never missed a call, a task or a meeting. Went back to work for 2 days and had to yet again work remotely (as I was told when hired was good and wasn't an issue). Got a call and was let go, 2 weeks before christmas, as a single mom of 5 kids. They don't care about their employees. If you don't perform and guess what you are suppose to be doing, then they fire you. Terrible business practices and even worse ownership and management.
