Pros
Hours worked for me. Autonomy to do my job...usually. Nice sense of community.
Cons
Unwillingness to hear ideas or affect change because "Well, that's the way we've ALWAYS done it." Other employees kept on because of a sense of family and friendship, when in fact the employee couldn't bartend her way out of a paper bag. Proclaiming that "This is a BUSINESS first." and doing nothing to back that up, ever.
