When I was working here, everyday was a struggle. 1. Management style, micro management and no clear guidelines, volatile decision making, hire fresh grads and interns to handle key accounts to save cost, HR is mere spectator 2. Compensation, trick employees to sign voluntary salary reduction due to COVID, even pre-COVID, quarterly bonus was never paid as promised with various excuses 3. Incentive and promotion, promised incentive schemes and were never implemented, even when sales winning big accounts 4. Products and service, was innovative at a point but with poor sales strategy and management skills, growth was slow, later on becomes farming on existing clients 5. Client and partner, unethical practices including manipulating numbers reports, boss used to call all clients stupid
