Pros

- they pay very well -they treat you as family and everyone is intent of pulling you up not putting you down - you are involved with a quality product line - quality team work - advancement from within is possible

Cons

- everyone company wide is fairly split up so you are on your own and need to be comfortable taking decisions on the fly - training is long and intense (hours wise and a lot of info) - but structured so that's good.

Pros

A few people in upper management were genuinely kind and approachable. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The office also had an unlimited supply of sparkling water and yogurt, which was a nice touch.

Cons

Management was largely absent — rarely present in person and difficult to reach by email. When issues did come up, they were handled over the phone specifically to avoid documentation. Decisions were made without transparency, including being strung along about a department transfer that was never actually being considered. There were ongoing issues with an underperforming coworker that went unaddressed until I escalated the situation myself. The response was to cut hours and separate schedules rather than handle it directly — and when a new hire was brought on shortly after, it only created more inefficiency. Payroll errors were also a recurring problem despite following the confirmation process correctly every time. At one point, our team was moved to an unventilated storage room that required an air purifier just to work in. The culture was also an issue — there was clear favoritism, and microaggressions toward employees from marginalized backgrounds were common and largely ignored.
