There isn't anything that has impacted me as a "con" of working for FORCE America.

Opportunity - FORCE America has provided nothing but opportunity for me. There are success stories all over the company from being promoted within, many of us starting on the shop floor. Communication - FORCE America operates under open book management philosophies. As employee owners, we know the state of our financials at all times. Culture - I didn't know much about Employee Ownership before coming to FORCE America. It creates a culture of accountability - we're all in this together and have a stake in the outcome. It's great coming to work with a driven and motivated team everyday! Future Growth - Fluid power technology is all around us. I'm excited for our future in this industry and hope FORCE America continues to sponsor and develop younger generations. It's an exciting time to be a part of growing STEM Programs across the nation and helping folks realize the potential of fluid power.

I am grateful to FORCE America for providing a platform in which I could build a career. I absolutely love what I do here. That said, in the spirit of honesty I would also mention this; The company can be a little slow to change and adapt at times. We are conservative, which is great financially - but in order to grow we'll need to be more proactive than reactive when running our business.
