Pros
The people- only the people.
Cons
The entire company has a virus, and it is greed. I worked at Fortna for 3 years before, during, and after the pandemic- the things I saw, objectively, are not good. The company is moving all of their employees over seas because it is cheap labor, and they don't want to pay high priced USA salaries. The company doesn't care about your feelings, who you are as a person, or your personal needs at all. As long as you are a human that can push out 80-100 hours of work per week, you will get paid. Yes, I said it- the company, and it's "leaders", will manipulate you into working at least 80 hours per week. And if you don't, instead of firing you, you will become the outcast, verbally assaulted (which is illegal I might add- but they don't care, they are already getting sued multiple times over), and pushed to the fringes of the company, until you are just an angry person towards everyone- and you finally quit or lose yourself. Simple put- for your own mental health- please DO NOT work for this diseased company. Just don't do it Go somewhere else- making more money- and be happier. Your happiness cannot be bought- and even if it could- Fortna would not only try to buy it, but they would lie to you about how much it really costs, and only charge you very little to enter- not knowing how much you actually have to pay before you leave (I'm speaking metaphorically of course; however, this is another reason why the company is being sued- lying to clients about the true nature/quality of software, in an attempt to over sell the products). Again, just don't do it.
