Focused more on company profits and not on the Tech on the road. Commissions are needed for completion of pay, but limited on what you are allowed to complete dramatically reducing what you can make. If day-off has to be worked you receive the pay quarterly with the commission pay. It is also only $150 for the whole day when the company receives over $350 an hour from the customer for your labor.
The management is completely disorganized and no official employee training for equipment, only a operator corse for customers.
