      Upper management is very dysfunctional & toxic work environment to be in everyday.

      Pros

      Very cool projects with a relaxed working environment with exponential room for growth for all levels of staff. Motivated and hard working individuals can promote quickly.

      Cons

      Younger leadership staff in comparison to larger GC's with less overall corporate structure.

      Pros

      It is unfortunate that one cannot place trust in any individual within their professional setting. Despite their pleas for loyalty, they have proven themselves capable of betrayal as soon as they no longer require your services.

      Cons

      Great On-Site Supervisors, that’s what’s left good in this company. The worst management ever especially their two faced operations manager or how he acts as the CEO Ken/Kenny be careful he is a person with no construction experience.
