Employees are openly "thrown under the bus" by Property Managers/Community Directors who have but one goal, to misdirect their leadership from their inept abilities. No smoking property, just allow smoking to occur, then say "it's not my fault." Employees attacked by residents, FPI does nothing, let employee pay to get a restraining order. Per the Portfolio Manager, that is a civil matter, company has no interest in being a part of.
Employees pay out hundreds of dollars for materials not available from FPI parts houses, employees pay out for pay as you go company cell phones, see no money ever paid back. FPI can't even do an internal investigation, and provide a timely reply, which will be, "we did nothing wrong." Coverup, until someone gets seriously hurt, then again, "its not FPI's fault.'
I wouldn't even bother taking the time to state all this, except they are begging employees to anonymously post glowing reviews. Real leadership would know why they are NOT getting those "unsolicited" , glowing reports, and fix what is broken.
