Pros

Allowed to work fairly independently, and the co-workers and Field folks are generally great.

Cons

The CEO (or whatever title he goes by) is a bit clueless about how his actions impact the boots on the ground.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to see that, overall, you are happy working with FSA and that you would recommend us to a friend. We find recommendations to be a great compliment since, generally speaking, people don't invite friends to join a bad work environment. We are concerned about your ranking and comments regarding Senior Management, though, especially since our leadership team is ranked in the top 5% of large companies by our employees (on Comparably.com). Please reach out to your FSA Supervisor or to qc@fsafederal.com so we can talk about your experience and how we might improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you experienced a healthy work-life balance and felt supported by your management team. As a government contractor, career advancement can be limited by the positions ordered by our customers; however, we actively support employee growth through a variety of professional development opportunities and we encourage employees to apply for higher-level roles when they become available. We welcome continued feedback and invite you to connect with your FSA Senior Manager to see how we can further support you on your career journey.
