They ask engineers to bend their morale code on a daily basis, often putting pressure on them to accept unacceptable findings. Expect to be yelled at if you disagree. Over half the engineers have quit in the year since FTAI took over two shops. They don’t want anyone who thinks for themselves, they only want people to execute what they want.
