Pros
• The other team members are so lovely, you’ll make friends - I think it’s called trauma bonding • They advertise flexible/remote working • Free team lunches
Cons
• Management - or lack of, more like dictatorship • Staff favouritism • If you’re young, you’ll be treated like you’re back in school and not like an adult • You’ll be overworked and have way too many clients and too much expected of you (even if you have little to no previous experience!) • Whilst flexible and remote working is advertised it’s highly frowned upon. You might get away with it for a while but then suddenly your lack of commitment and work ethic will be questioned by management and you’ll be pressured into working in the office full time • The mood of the office is dictated by the boss, if he’s in a bad mood then you’ll feel scared to do or say anything and will be walking on eggshells • Mistakes are not allowed. Yes they’re part of being human, but you’re expected not to be • Clients are over promised and under delivered so expect to have to explain to clients why they haven’t got what they were promised
