I had a great and supportive team that helped me find my way in creative work. I discovered a lot about myself, my work ethics and my love for working in non-profits.
Cons
Not many, I think the only thing was that some days felt like there was a lull in the workload based on what was needed so maybe more projects to work on would have been helpful!
