Pros

All of the pros must have been written by management because this entire company lures you in with lies and takes advantage of its employees. Even with a bachelors degree or as an excellent salesperson, you would be better off begging for money on the street cause that's actually a step above what they'll really have you doing.

Cons

This company lies to you to get you into their office for an interview. I applied for an office job where they told me that I would be working in "customer service, data entry, and claims" They will tell you how qualified you are and that you're an amazing fit for the position. Then they tried to have me harass business owners and the shoppers and clientele of those businesses allow us to fix their windshields. The whole thing is a scam. Don't waste your time and dignity messing with this fraudulent company.

Pros

I recently moved back to Orlando and was excited to touch base on the firm that I worked with last year. Reading these glassdoor reviews came as a surprise considering that I never had a bad experience. Many of my past co-workers have moved on to manage other locations and are starting their own business thanks to the training that LeRoy provided. It is unfortunate that as job seekers we come to trusted sites and because someone who didn't get a job offer is disgruntled and wants to destroy opportunities for others. I have been back with Fx Promotions and can't stand to hear people discredit a legitimate business. I have received EVERY check- on time. Upper Management is always looking to help me succeed and my co-workers are proud, like myself to know that we are making a difference. I worked many hours and worked really hard to where I am now. Patience is virtue. You cannot possibly expect to move up in ranks when you haven't proved your worth. Right now I am working on an expansion project for a client and making really good money.

Cons

Door to Door was mentioned in another post- trying to figure out if they have the right company---- Depending on what you are hired for B2B maybe but not door to door. Long hours= M- F but Im willing to put in work to be successful.
