Pros
Realistic pay to start, good benefits.
Cons
Job environment is a shark tank, which comes from the top down. Entire projects are wrecked at the 11th hour by gatekeepers and middle/upper management lets them run wild. Rumors are a constant source of stress and affect your job as if you were still in high school. Managerial support is non-existent although some departments act like attack squads and will work with you with a smile and then report back a negative spin to their manager who will not only derail the effort but also childishly try to get other department's members into discipline over truly stupid things. There is no semblance of a group or team effort here; any attempt to get people behind an initiative and make sure they are all included is smashed for some truly inexplicable reasons just because so-and-so's department is running the effort. There is no medium or long term sense of direction of leadership where this company wants to go; it changes with the wind.
