No values, only pressure to keep the numbers up although the product is no better than any competitor’s. Founders do not even know the teams, vertical structure with top-down strategies where teams and even managers cannot add value, just execute orders from those who do no have the pulse of reality, just busness plans, Middle management with no experience neither in their field nor in the HR sector. People stay there for money in the short term due to an agressivr bonuses plan but most employees are looking for better opportunities.
