Pros
Some of the people who work there were great colleagues, and they were all very smart individuals working on a great technology.
Cons
Work-life balance is nonexistent. Environmental health and safety (EHS) is not taken seriously, and safety risks are not properly managed. Many people are overcommitted and don’t push back on things they should. There are not enough “people” managers and too many engineers in management roles. Morale is at an all-time low.
