In the FS space, the mission spotlights gaps in consumer duty of care and pilots solutions. Lots of funding for a non profit. Well networked Board. Wonderful partners. Some exceptional individuals (expertise/character). The potential for impact is high.

Culture needs work. Healthy disagreement is not a thing. Evidence of team members hitting low morale and struggling to deliver because of moving goal posts, low support, unnecessary opposition. The team's negative mindset feeds negative side chat....you often feel like colleagues have been talking about each other before entering a conversation which is unpleasant. The way leavers are treated does not come across as feel good.
