Pros
Fair hQ has a strong and incredible team. Everyone is incredibly creative and inspiring professionally . But they're also a very supportive team. CEO is a great leader & coach to anyone working closely with her.
Cons
Team is 70/80% remote, which can be a pro or a con. That aside, I wouldn't say add cons.
