Pros

Nothing to write home about.

Cons

Working at FairMoney was one of the most exhausting and mentally draining experiences I have had. What starts as excitement quickly turns into constant pressure, stress, and disappointment. Employees are expected to give everything they have, yet there is little appreciation, little support, and almost no real motivation to stay. Promotions and salary growth feel nearly nonexistent, while the workload and expectations continue to increase. The environment can feel extremely toxic, with many staff constantly anxious about their jobs and uncertain about their future in the company. Over time, it begins to affect your mental well-being, confidence, and personal life outside work. Many employees leave feeling burnt out, frustrated, and emotionally exhausted from the experience. Instead of feeling valued for the effort they put in, people often leave feeling replaceable and forgotten. I sincerely hope stronger attention is given to employee welfare and workplace conditions across private organizations, because no job should leave people feeling this overwhelmed and defeated.
