Pros

There are no pros for working her, unless you consider being abused a pro.

Cons

Toxic culture. Uneducated senior management. Inexperienced leaders. Unhappy employees. High staff turnover. Company brands aren't doing well because no one has any work ethic, so the financial pressure of the failing brands is directed at the employees and teams working to grow those brands instead of the leaders taking accountability for their lack of educated decision making and poor leadership and business management skills. The rot within Faircape Group starts at the top and filters all the way down to the bottom. The proof of this is in all the bad reviews the company receives.

Faircape Group Response

Dear Former Employee Standards are set very high at the company for all staff and it is very transparent as to what those expectations are, unfortunately not everyone thrives in such an environment. We are not in agreement with your statement that staff do no have work ethic. We are happy to report that we have done numerous internal surveys and that the feeling is not mutual as per your comment of "all staff", this is evident in our track record of numerous staff with a tenure of 5+ years of employment across the group, even exceeding 10 and 20 years of service with us. Kind regards, The Faircape Team

Pros

The compensation package is very competitive

Cons

The work environment has been very challenging, with limited training and support. The workload is extremely high, with unrealistic expectations and a high staff turnaround, which makes it difficult for employees to perform effectively over the long term. Overall, I don’t see it as a sustainable environment for long-term growth or development.
