      You can manage your own task and yo work by yourself

      Cons

      You’re working long hours. It is pretty rough working until 11 pm at night to then come back at 8 am. Management also doesn’t care about their employees. They ignore your needs.

      Friendly colleagues and decent offices

      Cons

      Toxic environment, You'll be penalized for doing well at your job because they will hold you back and not promote you. Poor training. Not enough support staff.
