      High level of exposure across a range of commercial and strategic activities that you would not get at larger firms until much further into your career. The variety of projects is excellent. Amazing people and culture.

      Cons

      Cyclicality, but this more of an industry wide 'con'.

      - collegiate and familial culture - short and varied projects - young team - strong work-life balance (relative to PE / CDD norm at bigger firms) - competitive salary relative to work-life balance - non-project roles that involve you in growth of the firm - early responsibility and client exposure

      - wider benefits (e.g. private medical healthcare) - less structured resourcing model

      Great team, interesting work, high energy. Lots of exposure to private equity sector and fast growing businesses. Hiring new people.

      Cons

      Projects can be quite short and intense, however the firm tries its best to manage the volatility.
