This creates a toxic and discriminatory environment. Strongly recommend avoiding this workplace—even as a last option

      Fully remote, Dedicated people working hard to build the business, Opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      Founder talked about the importance of culture and the team, but did not support that with his actions. Treated the company as a technology company, while not focusing on the insurance side of the business. Have fired just about every employee that was there when the company started.
